Refund Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to return an online purchase please contact hi@shopalyssablack.com immediately for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without an authorization.  

Items that are purchased at regular price are subject for return. All items MUST be unused in perfect condition with all original tags & packaging if applicable along with the original sales receipt within 7 days of receiving item based on delivery date and according to the corresponding tracking number. Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges and we ask that you please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship back to us. Please note that all goods will be inspected upon return.

*NO returns or exchanges on ANY sale items!

All returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of delivery. Shop Alyssa Black is not responsible for return shipping costs or expenses. If these requirements are not all met, Shop Alyssa Black has the right to refuse and/or reject any returns that do not meet these specifications. 

Any items that are worn will not be subject for return or refund. If an item is damaged or defected please contact us immediately. Shop Alyssa Black will happily replace your defected or damaged item with the exact same or similar product or issue you a credit note to be used for future purchases.

**Please note that ALL sale items are final sale. Jewelry, accessories and swimwear are also FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Also, any items purchased on promotion or at any value less than regular price are considered final sale.
